CLIPS first and foremost is a loyalty scheme.
CLIPS offers a complete package containing everything you need to set up a smart card
based “Closed Loop” payment scheme in a closed community such as a business, (or
group of businesses), educational establishment, club or other institution.
You can issue smart cards, complete with credit, to each of your customers or
members. They then use their card, instead of cash, to pay for goods or services or
collect credit.
The card is a contactless 4K card and is guaranteed for 3 years (under normal
conditions). The wear and tear on contactless or proximity card is reduced because
of the lack of contact with the terminals in the transaction process, therefore the
membership does not have to be renewed annually.
The system will support other technology being used, magnetic stripe, barcode etc.

• Extra small wireless units can be used to relay commands to units if the distance is
